Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Do you offer product customizations?

We are open to customization or personalization requests for our leather and clothing collection. This is subject to approval first as we have to assess your design ideas before we can confirm so please contact us with your request.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Direct payments with American Express, Visa, MasterCard or ApplePay.

PayPal express checkout.

Direct Bank Transfer: Email us with your request and we'll send you instructions.

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

All jewelry orders are shipped within 48 hours using Standard Shipping with Tracking Number via French LaPoste Service.

​All leather and clothing orders are shipped within 72 hours using DHL Express with Tracking Number.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be calculated at checkout.

What are your estimated shipping times?

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them as some factors may be dependent on shipping agencies and customs.

International customs and import

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit. 

As the recipient, you are liable for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to us due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centers. If you have any questions regarding your parcel, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to assist.​​

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an order?

Sure thing! Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once agreed, return the item within 7 days from the date your return has been approved. Please send it with a tracking number as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit.

You should also have a proof of purchase that you bought this item from us (for example, a shipping receipt or messages between us).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless items received are different from what was ordered. The item should be returned in its original condition and original packaging or the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. 

Once we receive your item, kindly allow up to 7 days for processing. If a refund was requested, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. If an exchange was requested, we will begin the process of sending your requested item of exchange.

What items can't be returned?

Custom orders, personalized items, sale items or gift cards can't be returned.

Product Care

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Our jewelry pieces are carefully crafted by hand so no two pieces are alike and there may be slight differences in the colour, size and pattern of the materials. We believe these imperfections make the pieces more unique.  

We work with gold, silver, brass and organic materials, sometimes with plating. The finish on plated jewelry may fade progressively over time from wear and tear as well as the natural elements like moisture and oxygen. This is normal but you can prevent this by taking a few precautions in the care of your jewelry. 

Always avoid contact with chemicals‚ such as hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, pool and sea water, and so on. 

Contact with air, moisture or sweat may tarnish your jewelry, so store your pieces in a cool, dry place, such as a jewelry box or case with the lid closed. To regain the "brand-new" shine, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth which are easily found in stores. 

How do I take care of my garments?

Always hand wash in cold water or machine wash on delicate cycle (30°C). Do not tumble dry, especially over 30°C. Hang dry for best results. Don't hang in the sun.

What materials do you use in your products?

We are always stringent on using quality materials in all our product offerings from jewelry to leather to clothing. You can always view the material compositions of each product in their description.
