Order Processing

All jewelry orders are shipped within 48 hours with tracking. Leather and clothing orders are shipped within 72 hours with tracking.

 

Shipping Methods and Rates

For deliveries to the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, and Israel, we use FedEx with the required customs documentation. This helps reduce the risk of parcels being delayed, rejected, or returned because of destination-country shipping and customs requirements.

• United States and United Kingdom: US$24 for orders below US$150; free shipping for orders of US$150 or more.
• Italy: €22 via FedEx Express.
• Israel: ₪83 via FedEx Express.
• France and other destinations covered by our free-shipping zones: free shipping.

The shipping method and final charge available for your delivery address are shown at checkout. The welcome code NEWBIE15 gives 15% off eligible items and does not automatically remove a shipping charge.

We do our best to meet these estimates, but delivery timing can be affected by carriers and customs.

 

Customs and Import

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or local duties and taxes.

The recipient is responsible for costs caused by attempted deliveries, insufficient or incorrect delivery information, or failure to collect a parcel. If you have questions about your parcel, please contact us.

 

International Shipping Policies

We use the shipping method shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and surcharges are not included in the item price or shipping charge and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned to us as refused or undeliverable, we will refund the order less the original postage. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

We refund packages confirmed lost by the carrier after 90 days. Before that time, a parcel is not considered lost.

 

Returns Conditions

We accept returns for any reason when you contact us within 14 days and we receive the return within 30 days of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and keep all packaging. Please do not return it before contacting us.

The buyer pays return postage. Original shipping charges and international import duties, taxes, or surcharges are not refunded. Items must be returned in their original condition.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items
