Returns and Exchange

Kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. There must be a proof of purchase that you bought this item from us (for example, a shipping receipt or messages between us). Return the item within 14 days from the date your return has been approved. Please send it with a tracking number as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless items received are different from what was ordered. The item should be returned in its original condition and original packaging or the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. 

Once we receive your item, kindly allow up to 7 days for processing. If a refund was requested, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If an exchange was requested, we will begin the process of sending your requested item of exchange.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
