KM Ambassadors are specially chosen to help spread the Kaya Movement. You have been chosen based on being the right fit with our brand as well as exhibiting a striking and alternative sense of style or personality. A rebel as beautifully complex as our pieces.

You get free merchandise, 20% commission for every sale made through your referral link and coupon and 30% lifetime discount to shop in our store. Plus, you get to gift your followers 15% off their orders in our store. All you have to do is create a minimum of 2 images and a 15 second reel with our products and share it on your channels together with your unique link and coupon.

1. Sign up with your email and instagram handle.

2. You'll receive an email with:

• A link to select your free merchandise
• Your unique referral link & coupon code
• A link & login details to your Dashboard
• Your 30% lifetime discount coupon

3. When you receive your free merchandise, create a minimum of 2 images and 15sec reel with our products. Email or send us the link within 2 weeks of receiving your merchandise.

4. Start sharing your content with your link and coupon code.

5. Track your success and commissions on your live Dashboard. Get paid on 14th & 28th of every month via Paypal or Bank Transfer.

Each time a sale is made through your Link or Coupon, a referral order is recorded in your account. You need to specify your preferred Payment Method on your Dashboard. Payments are made through Paypal or Bank Transfer on the 14th and 28th of every month.

You can keep track of your commissions on your Dashboard.

Use of the Ambassador Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives Kaya Movement the right to review every referral order. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out. Commission amount is dependent on order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc). We are not responsible for payment fees charged by these channels.

An Ambassador link is a unique link assigned to you. When a customer clicks on your link and makes a purchase in our store, a referral order is recorded in your account and you earn commission for this transaction.

An Ambassador link is limited to 90 Calendar Days per customer. Customers are tracked in our store using cookies from the moment they click on your link. Every time they make a purchase within this 90 day period, you'll earn commission. When 90 days are over, you won't earn commission on the same customer.

If a customer has cookies turned off, we won't be able to track your referral for that specific customer.

You can track your success on your Dashboard.

Calendar days include weekends and public holidays.

An Ambassador coupon is a unique coupon code assigned to you which gives the user 15% discount on all products in our store.

When a customer uses your coupon code at Checkout, a referral order is recorded in your account and you earn commission for this transaction. You can personalize the name of your coupon code on your Dashboard.

Coupon codes are limited to the first 100 users. We will then offer another coupon based on a new promotional highlight.

You can track your success on your Dashboard.

We'd like to have you on board as an Ambassador for a trial period of 6 months. After this period, both parties can decide to continue or end the collaboration. The decision to continue should be mutual.

Even if the collaboration has ended, you'll still be able to use your 30% Lifetime Discount coupon in our store.

We appreciate your style and would love to see your creative juices flowing. All we ask is that the products are clearly visible, as this would help your followers get a sense of the product in order to buy them. We request that all creative content be sent to us within 2 weeks from receiving the package.

Please make sure the images are in JPG, Portrait 4:5, minimum 3000 pixels.

Please make sure the reels are in mp4 format, Portrait 4:5, minimum 15 seconds, maximum size 4GB.
